$125 per individual therapy session (up to 60 minutes)
Payment is due at the time of service unless insurance coverage applies.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $75 late cancellation or no show fee.
This policy allows appointment times to remain available for other clients who may need support.
Seal of Hope Counseling is in network with many major commercial insurance plans.
This commonly includes plans from providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, among others. Participation may vary depending on your specific plan and state.
Clients are encouraged to verify mental health benefits directly with their insurance provider prior to scheduling.

Receipts, sometimes referred to as superbills, can be provided upon request for potential out of network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider.
Under federal law, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
